I was mainly focused on finding the right tickets and comparing prices, so I kind of ignored anything that didn’t help with that. I did end up finding what I needed, but the menus felt a little all over the place and made the browsing part more annoying than it had to be.

I took my kids recently and it was just okay. I remember it being a bit easier and more fun for families before, but this time the long lines, cramped seating, and noise made it kind of overwhelming for them. The staff was friendly, which helped, but overall it didn’t feel as kid-friendly as it used to
